Summary
Kazuaki Kiriya sat in his dimly lit study, staring at his blank computer screen. He had been struggling to write for weeks now, and his deadline was fast approaching. His latest novel was due to his publisher in less than a month, and he had nothing to show for it.
To make matters worse, Kiriya hated people. He found them to be loud, obnoxious, and generally uninteresting. He preferred the company of his books and his garden, which he tended to meticulously every day.
